Hermès Pantin: 6-month internship in procurement data management and BI analytics supporting supply chain optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing data tools including Power BI reports, data glossaries, and anomaly mapping to ensure continuous monitoring of PLM and ERP data quality
- Deploy the Master Data Management model developed by the Purchasing department across HMS's MDM community and chair committees as the procurement data reference point
- Define and evolve data governance rules for PLM (components, quotations), process identified anomalies, and oversee deactivation of obsolete datasets
- Serve as the liaison between the Purchasing Division, data stewards, and technical teams (HDTI, ERP HMS 360, PLM Plume BI) to guarantee data coherence and reliability
- Partner with the Purchasing Performance Manager to monitor key processes including budgetary oversight, the production and commercial plan (PIC), and ESG reporting
- Populate Power BI dashboards and prepare reporting materials for management and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or computer science school, or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated passion for data and IT systems
- Mastery of Excel, Power BI, and data processing tools
- Methodical approach with strong analytical capability and ability to translate business requirements into data solutions

Experience
Entry-level candidates are welcome; analytical curiosity, methodological rigor, and the ability to operate autonomously with strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, computer science school, or equivalent higher education qualification in a data or IT-related field.
