Hermès Alternance: Supply Chain Coordinator apprenticeship in Pantin, France. Support procurement operations for Hats and Gloves division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure master data for procurement in the ERP system, including item specifications and purchase contracts
- Monitor materials requirements calculations and coordinate with suppliers according to confirmed schedules
- Chase supplier deliveries and lead weekly coordination meetings to address supply chain risks and delays
- Update and confirm raw materials and component availability dates within the enterprise resource planning system
- Share materials supply plans with stakeholders, escalating variances, stock-out risks, and other supply chain alerts
- Track goods in transit and coordinate receipt verification with the materials inventory manager
- Execute purchase orders for components and transmit them to suppliers
- Contribute to monthly analyses and end-of-season business reviews
- Participate in improvement projects relating to IT systems and business intelligence reporting
