Supply Chain Coordinator (6-month contract) at luxury fashion house in Pantin, managing production and supplier partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and manage production plans across all external manufacturing partners in alignment with sales forecasts, capacity constraints, and commercial priorities
- Conduct weekly planning cycles and host producer meetings to monitor production performance using key performance indicators
- Oversee procurement activities including purchase order issuance, commitment tracking, and supply schedule adherence
- Manage decentralized inventory held by partners in coordination with their production schedules
- Participate in stock variance analysis during inventory cycles and contribute to Master Data maintenance
- Evaluate and challenge the performance metrics of the manufacturer base
- Coordinate packaging requirements for the Belts business unit in collaboration with general procurement teams
- Support medium- and long-term packaging forecasting and lead the redesign of the forecasting tool
- Contribute to ERP migration initiatives through process mapping and data quality assurance
- Oversee the deployment of ANAPLAN within the business unit, including M3 and ANAPLAN data validation
- Create Power BI reporting dashboards to support the transition and change management efforts
- Assist with functional specifications and prototyping for ANAPLAN V2 enhancements
- Ensure proper implementation of supply chain traceability across the Belts division
- Assess and support the rollout of the SALTO solution within the business unit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (5 years post-secondary) from an engineering or business school specializing in Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrated experience managing production operations and coordinating multiple supplier relationships
- Strong proficiency with information systems including Excel, Power BI, and ERP platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Self-directed initiative and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and demanding environment
Skills
Experience
First successful experience in production management and supplier panel coordination required; prior exposure to ERP systems and business transformation projects strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree (5-year tertiary qualification) from an engineering school or business school with Supply Chain specialization.
