Hermès Supply Chain Coordinator Intern position in Pantin, France. Support production planning, procurement, and logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor production plan adherence and identify delays, bottlenecks, or capacity constraints for weekly production meetings
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure planning and supply chain process performance
- Manage supplier relationships, including direct contact and coordination for specific procurement activities
- Build and maintain supply plans, tracking service levels, lead times, and supplier performance metrics
- Coordinate product distribution instructions to logistics centers and manage logistics interfaces
- Oversee consumables management (packaging and notices), including budget tracking, purchase orders, on-site distribution, and inventory monitoring
- Prepare and distribute weekly consolidated supply chain status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- General engineering degree with supply chain specialization
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated interest in information systems and technology
- Understanding of supply chain constraints, demand forecasting, and capacity planning
