Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie internship in Pantin: Supply Chain Coordinator Intern supporting technical development and logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track leather and textile material stock via ERP, including availability analysis, delivery management, and lead-time optimization
- Manage metallic material stock and flows (receipts, shipments) while optimizing inventory levels
- Create and integrate finished products into the ERP system and manage associated 360-degree product photography
- Coordinate physical and digital flows of prototypes, samples, and finished products throughout the Design Bureau
- Prepare samples and prototypes for Design Director reviews
- Organize and maintain the Design Bureau's archives and workspace layout
- Analyze and optimize product and package flows within the department
- Develop and implement tools for tracking and sharing Design Bureau KPIs
- Automate activity reporting and documentation processes
- Improve and produce testing reports for new material bonding milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bac+4/5 equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in logistics and supply chain operations
- Demonstrable proactivity and organizational ability with excellent teamwork orientation
- Excellent communication skills combined with discretion and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to meet and respect established deadlines
- Intellectual curiosity and methodical problem-solving approach
