Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution planning activities and liaise transversally with logistics teams across three operational sites and distribution centres.
• Maintain and update logistics volume forecasts using inputs from collection rollouts and market launches; analyse variances, weak signals and forecast adherence.
• Manage the joint commercial calendar for Distribution and Retail Planning teams and ensure alignment of key milestones.
• Support preparation, facilitation and reporting of weekly Central Supply & Logistics meetings.
• Act as referent for communication notes destined for the retail network and métiers; maintain the network & métiers events file.
• Produce presentations and training materials in collaboration with managers and directors.
• Participate in service projects, perform system and process tests, and lead short‑term continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review and update team procedures, challenging current practices and consolidating documentation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a programme in Supply Chain, Logistics or Commercial/Business studies (alternance/apprenticeship).
• Strong analytical aptitude with experience or interest in forecasting and volume analysis.
• Interest in commercial management and operational logistics.
• Comfort with information systems, ERP projects and testing activities.
• Client‑oriented mindset with excellent service and relationship skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, responsive and rigorous.
• Collaborative, adaptable and able to work transversally with multiple stakeholders.

Skills

Experience

Suitable for a candidate at the beginning of their professional career; previous internships or coursework in supply chain, logistics or retail operations are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business/Commercial studies (alternance/apprenticeship).
