Hermès Horizons seeks Supply Chain Assistant for 6-month internship in Pantin, France beginning March 2027. Support inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and update Supply Chain adherence indicators to enhance performance visibility
- Manage inventory transactions within the ERP system and support custom order supply chain activities
- Analyze variance between forecasts, requirements, and actual outcomes to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain Supply Chain KPIs aligned with operational objectives
- Automate and enhance existing reporting systems to improve data reliability
- Oversee daily inventory management and optimization activities, including consolidation and budget tracking
- Create and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and stock management tables
- Reconcile physical and system inventory records and investigate discrepancies
- Participate in inventory audits and validate stock data accuracy
- Track all inventory movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments
- Identify anomalies and propose corrective actions to strengthen stock reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and data quality
- Serve as an internal advisor, proposing process enhancements and innovative operational solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, university, or business school
- Proficiency with PowerBI and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management capabilities with diverse stakeholders
- Strong service orientation and dynamic work approach
- Proactive mindset with a capacity for constructive recommendations
- Demonstrated rigor and reliability in execution
