Hermès — Pantin: Supply Chain Assistant (12‑month apprenticeship) supporting logistics, stock control and reporting for Hermès Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor end‑of‑life product flows to the Beauvais warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments.
- Drive continuous improvement of inbound/outbound flows and warehouse practices through change management with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain stock integrity through rigorous inventory organisation and cycle counts; propose and implement methods to improve stock control.
- Coordinate logistics for a subcontractor producing semi‑finished goods: act as primary supplier contact, manage order launches (OF/OA) and delivery schedules to and from the subcontractor.
- Manage safety stock levels for semi‑finished items and support replenishment planning.
- Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards to valorise movements and stock; develop decision‑support tools for coordinators using Excel and Power BI.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to regular performance reviews of supply chain indicators.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in an engineering school, business school, university or specialised supply chain programme.
- Available for a 12‑month apprenticeship/alternance contract.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for synthesis and project management.
- Good interpersonal skills and ease interacting with central teams and manufacturing sites.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with reporting and data visualisation.

Open to students and early‑career candidates; previous internships or practical exposure in supply chain, logistics or production planning are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering, business or university programme, or a specialised supply chain curriculum; seeking a 12‑month apprenticeship (alternance).
