Hermès — Supply Chain Assistant (High Jewellery) internship in Pantin; 6‑month full‑time internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist stone buyers and the production planner in organising, coordinating and tracking production flows for high jewellery pieces, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with diamantaires and lapidaries on ongoing sourcing matters and place orders with stone suppliers.
- Challenge and monitor delivery lead times to prevent shortages and manage replacement flows following in‑work breakages.
- Participate in implementing the broken‑stone replacement process with industrial transformation teams and establish performance reporting for supplier and flow monitoring.
- Support prioritisation of stones awaiting inspection in collaboration with the Hermès stone control service and optimise internal stone handling flows.
- Act as the interface between Haute Joaillerie workshops and Supply Chain teams to secure component availability and timely delivery of finished pieces.
- Assist with serial‑numbered stone inventories and ensure nomenclature conformity working with DATA and technical project managers; escalate alerts and help implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Bachelor’s to Master’s) in Logistics, Production Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent.
- Previous internship or alternance experience in planning, production or the luxury industry is a plus.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables and advanced formulas).
- Demonstrated organisation, rigor and strong interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with suppliers, ateliers and cross‑functional teams.

Open to beginners; prior internship or alternance in production planning, manufacturing or luxury goods supply chain is appreciated but not required.
Education
Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Bachelor’s to Master’s) in Logistics, Production Management, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field.
