Hermès Pantin internship: 6-month supply chain assistant role supporting exotic leather footwear procurement & operations (Jan 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability of materials returns flows from off-site stock and track action progress via Excel and Power BI reporting
- Formalize and standardize operational procedures for industrialization of finished products in exotic leathers
- Build and deploy a Master File Excel system for operational tracking of product development
- Identify and activate logistical solutions to reintroduce dormant stock into production flows
- Standardize colour reference systems and create technical specification sheets using Adobe Illustrator
- Manage daily supply chain operations via internal ERP and shared planning tools
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Comfortable working in supply chain environments and materials flow management systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or visual documentation tools preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Clear communication skills with technical and operational stakeholders
- Capacity to translate analysis into concrete action
