Hermès — Supply Chain & Production Planning Intern in Pantin: 6‑month full‑time internship on IDO projects and ERP transition starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the supply‑chain team during an ERP migration by analysing information system signals and proposing adaptations to procurement and production‑planning tools.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of reporting: update weekly production and stock reporting, dashboards and KPIs at season/article/site granularity.
- Estimate projected inventory and replenishment needs to secure production plans and build simple stock projection tools.
- Analyse deviations between actuals and expected flows, propose corrective action plans and follow up on implementation.
- Assist with component allocation decisions in scarcity situations and coordinate distributions with material distribution teams.
- Participate in operational immersion across procurement and production activities: measure supplier delivery performance, support packaging needs definition and animate production review meetings.
- Contribute to macro‑planning reflections and propose evolutions for the macro‑planning tool and consolidation of the production plan.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or business school (internship curriculum).
- Strong organisation, rigor and initiative; capacity to take responsibility within a fast‑paced project environment.
- Analytical mindset with an appetite for data analysis and reporting.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams (procurement, planning, production sites).
- Curiosity, proactivity and operational flexibility; willingness to undertake an initial immersion on operational processes.

Experience
Internship‑level role: prior academic or practical exposure to supply‑chain topics, ERP environments or production planning is desirable. Previous coursework or short internships in procurement, planning or operations analytics will be advantageous.
Education
Student in an engineering school or business school (Bachelor’s or Master’s level), available for a 6‑month full‑time internship.
