Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Supply Chain & Procurement Intern (Footwear), 6-month internship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation of the ‘push’ offer for exotic leathers: review stock volumes, identify colour options, convert number of skins to number of pairs, and scan materials.
- Improve and maintain the storage system for templates/gabarits and contribute to physical archiving of off-site material stocks.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation during stocktakes.
- Coordinate shipments of skins, masters and templates to external footwear manufacturers.
- Participate in quality-control checks of exotic leathers and report non-conformities.
- Contribute to the development of seasonal collection ranges (materials selection, scans, documentation).
- Implement and support an automated order and delivery follow-up process with material suppliers and shoe manufacturers.
- Monitor off-site stock volumes and build replenishment propositions using available materials.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a master's programme or equivalent university degree with an interest in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
- Strong organisational autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Dynamic, with good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Rigorous, reliable and able to formulate practical proposals for process improvement.
- Proficient in Excel including macros; familiarity with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.

Open to beginners; suitable for master's-level or university students seeking a first professional internship in procurement, supply chain or materials planning. Prior internships in purchasing or operations are a plus but not required.
