Role & Responsibilities
- Support production scheduling and order sequencing (ordonnancement) for the end‑of‑line sector (inspection, assembly, packaging).
- Improve end‑of‑line stock reliability with a target of <4% inventory variance by implementing stock‑sizing methodology and visual management of WIP.
- Design and deploy a cycle‑count (inventaires tournants) process to increase inventory accuracy.
- Participate in the on‑site rollout and adoption of ProdSmart (MES) and contribute to relevant productivity KPIs.
- Define and monitor KPIs for the end‑of‑line area (e.g., number of open production orders, delayed orders, ProdSmart productivity metrics).
- Assist the scheduling team in developing planning KPIs and tools for managing production orders.
- Contribute to the company ERP change project and support data migration/validation tasks as required.
- Deliver analysis, dashboards and recommendations to support continuous improvement projects across the Roye site.
Qualifications
- Master's level (Bac+4/5) education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management or equivalent.
- Strong interest in industrial supply chain topics: planning, MRP/CBN, flow management and safety stock calculation.
- Proven analytical mindset with critical thinking, good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Autonomous, organised and able to work both in project teams and independently.
- Prior exposure to an ERP environment is expected; previous internship experience in manufacturing or logistics is an advantage.
