Hermès Manufacture de Métaux is seeking a Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement Assistant Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 at its Roye factory. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the intern will support operational activity, ERP implementation, inventory work and continuous improvement projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to teams with goods receipts, put-away and orders.
- Help create management tools for teams following the deployment of the new M3 Cloud ERP, using Excel and Power BI.
- Help implement processes related to the new ERP.
- Participate in stocktakes, including counting, analysis and justification of discrepancies.
- Contribute to other projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hold, or be pursuing, a Bac+3/4/5 qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production Management.
- Have a strong interest in supply chain in an industrial environment, including planning, CBN, flows and safety stock calculation, as well as in IT.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have knowledge and understanding of ERP logic.
- Demonstrate factual and critical analytical ability, autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Show an approachable manner, strong interpersonal skills, and a good sense of listening and dialogue.

Bac+3/4/5 in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production Management; candidates currently pursuing the qualification are eligible.
