Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all development purchase orders (finished prototypes and components) from order issuance through stock entry and invoicing, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Create, enter and track purchase orders in the ERP for prototype milestones (J1, J2, J3), test pieces, exhibition items and gabarits, and perform required follow‑ups with project owners and external partners.
- Guarantee end‑to‑end traceability by aligning physical flows with system records: 100% labelling of received pieces, weekly delivery tracking and confirmation of product structure in the ERP prior to stock entry.
- Manage administrative follow‑up of prototype budgets: receipt and archiving of invoices, capturing invoice statuses in the budget tracking file, and supporting inventory reconciliations at the Development stock.
- Initiate and coordinate component orders (including semi‑precious and precious stones), verify BOM/nomenclature data, monitor lead times and prioritise processing on receipt in Pantin or partner ateliers.
- Perform weekly status reporting of open orders using appropriate tracking tools; conduct cyclical inventories of Development stock (internal and partner held) and provide monthly reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: streamline Development supply processes, develop visibility tools for order status and implement zero stock‑out ordering processes in collaboration with MOA and Product Data teams.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree with a specialization in logistics, supply planning or procurement.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in supply chain, procurement or materials coordination (experience within product development or luxury/atelier environments preferred).
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination and priority management across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills, solution orientation and adaptability in fast‑evolving contexts.
- Team player with collaborative mindset and stakeholder management capability.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in supply chain, procurement or materials/logistics coordination, ideally within product development or a luxury manufacturing environment. Proven exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with Purchasing, Product Data/MOA and production ateliers.
Education
Higher education diploma (Bac+2/3 or equivalent) with a specialisation in logistics, supply planning, procurement or a related discipline.
