Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, verify delivery documentation, coordinate label printing and application, and oversee warehouse storage
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels through regular inspections for damage and assist with inventory management protocols
- Support periodic inventory counts and reconciliation procedures
- Replenish packaging materials and supplies on the retail floor as required
- Provide logistical support to sales associates across all warehouse and operational matters
- Execute special projects in coordination with store management, including preparations for promotional activities
- Deliver operational support on the sales floor as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university or higher education institution
- Willingness to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday (minimum 20 hours per week during lecture periods; extended hours during lecture-free periods)
- Prior experience in a service-oriented retail or hospitality environment is advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility and structured work approach
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to excellence
- High degree of service orientation, motivation, and engagement
