Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, verify delivery documentation, coordinate label printing and application, and oversee warehouse storage
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels through regular inspections for damage and assist with inventory management protocols
  • Support periodic inventory counts and reconciliation procedures
  • Replenish packaging materials and supplies on the retail floor as required
  • Provide logistical support to sales associates across all warehouse and operational matters
  • Execute special projects in coordination with store management, including preparations for promotional activities
  • Deliver operational support on the sales floor as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a German university or higher education institution
  • Willingness to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday (minimum 20 hours per week during lecture periods; extended hours during lecture-free periods)
  • Prior experience in a service-oriented retail or hospitality environment is advantageous
  • Strong sense of responsibility and structured work approach
