Hermès Vienna seeks a student hostess/host & client service assistant for a fixed-term position supporting luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support guest reception and client service delivery within the boutique
- Execute sales-support activities and facilitate seamless customer transactions
- Provide beverage service and hospitality to guests
- Assist with packaging and gift-wrapping at the point of sale
- Maintain and replenish packaging materials and operational supplies
Qualifications
- Availability to work three days per week (20 hours/week)
- Previous experience in a service-oriented environment (preferred)
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages valued
- Demonstrated responsibility, organizational discipline, and reliability
- Strong service orientation, motivation, and professional engagement
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of previous experience in a customer-service or retail environment is preferred, though not mandatory for the right candidate with demonstrated passion for luxury hospitality.
Education
Current enrollment in an accredited academic or vocational program is expected, given the student assistant classification of this role.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,169 per month.
