Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team on the sales floor, deputising for the store director when required and maintaining a strong on-floor presence.
- Drive commercial performance by setting, communicating and following up on individual and store KPIs and sales objectives.
- Conduct regular one-to-one follow-ups, professional interviews and annual reviews; identify and develop internal talent.
- Ensure excellence in client service and the customer welcome, modelling and enforcing the house’s service standards.
- Coordinate product offering and visual merchandising with the store leadership to align assortment and presentation to local clientele and space.
- Animate product launches, campaigns and in-store activations to stimulate collective performance and engagement.
- Participate in recruitment with Human Resources, contribute to budget construction exercises and share weekly performance and action plans with the managerial collective.
- Promote continuous improvement of commercial practices and operational processes, including initiatives linked to Smart-Ops, and create synergies across the retail pole.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree (or equivalent professional experience) and/or confirmed background in retail management.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive retail experience with demonstrable people-management responsibilities, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Demonstrated leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and active listening; strong aptitude for coaching and developing teams.
- Field-oriented, exemplary in the application of procedures, presentation and professional ethics.
- Fluent English (spoken).

Minimum 6 years of progressive retail experience with proven line management responsibility in a luxury or premium retail environment, including experience driving sales KPIs, merchandising and retail operations.
Education
Higher education degree (Bachelor's level) or equivalent professional experience.
