Hermès seeks a Store Runner for its Ortega y Gasset boutique in Madrid on a temporary contract of approximately 2 months. The role supports the Floor Manager and store team with customer reception, stock handling, sales-floor presentation and day-to-day operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Floor Manager and store team with daily tasks and responsibilities, helping ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
- Assist the sales team with welcoming customers.
- Help replenish and organize stock throughout the store.
- Ensure all products are in their correct locations.
- Help sales specialists keep the sales floor clean and orderly.
- Move stock from storage areas to designated locations in the store.
- Maintain a clean and orderly store environment at all times.
- Assist the store operations team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Show initiative.
- Demonstrate warmth and empathy, particularly when handling objections.
- Remain calm under pressure and demonstrate flexibility.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison.
- Maintain high personal standards.
