Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office operations in alignment with the sales strategy and enhance the customer experience.
• Implement action plans to achieve store, subsidiary, or Group KPIs.
• Develop and support warehouse and customer service staff through hands-on management, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Manage assigned inventory and customer service responsibilities, including monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure business continuity during absences, training, and other circumstances.
• Manage merchandise procurement in line with the sales strategy.
• Oversee internal and external goods flows and their physical movements.
• Ensure physical inventory matches the levels recorded in the computer system.
• Adapt local inventory management to seasonal demand.
• Plan and organize annual and cyclical inventories, oversee their preparation and execution, trace items when discrepancies arise, and recommend corrective actions.
• Handle sales administration, remote customer interactions, and payment processing.
• Manage orders and customer reservations, and coordinate in-store after-sales service.
• Act as the in-store point of contact for CRM and the customer service center.
• Set up cash registers each morning, verify and approve daily closings, and prepare reports for the Finance Department.
• Train new employees in cash-register use and related procedures, and ensure the store team follows them.
• Help manage the schedule.
• Manage general purchasing.
• Oversee store maintenance.
