Hermès seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Kitzbühel boutique to lead operations, drive sales, and manage a talented team in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for the Kitzbühel boutique and represent Hermès brand values as an ambassador to customers, team members, and external partners
- Establish and maintain the highest service standards while continuously enhancing the customer experience
- Manage boutique operations including procurement, inventory management, stock control, and back-office administration
- Optimize administrative processes such as cash handling, ordering, and reporting
- Actively monitor and analyze sales and operational metrics, deriving and implementing appropriate improvement measures
- Collaborate closely with Head Office on communication and visual merchandising initiatives
- Execute CRM activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster sustainable customer loyalty
- Support and implement strategic projects and organizational initiatives
- Lead, motivate, and develop the entire team to promote individual strengths and continuously improve team performance
- Plan and conduct regular feedback and development conversations with team members
- Foster a positive, appreciative work environment that strengthens engagement, initiative, and personal responsibility
- Organize and moderate team meetings, creating an inspiring and collaborative atmosphere
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff in close collaboration with Head Office
- Ensure professional, solution-oriented communication within the team and with customers
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in customer-facing roles within luxury retail or other high-end service environments
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability, with demonstrated resilience under pressure
- Entrepreneurial, strategic, and analytical mindset
- Highly developed teamwork and cross-cultural emotional intelligence
- Genuine passion for people and service excellence
- Fluent German and excellent English; additional language proficiency is a plus
