Hermès Sellier seeks a Store Director in Strasbourg to lead a 16‑person boutique, drive P&L performance and deliver exemplary client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the medium‑ and long‑term strategy of the Strasbourg boutique, aligning with regional and Group objectives.
- Drive top‑line performance and P&L accountability: deliver sales targets, monitor business KPIs and adjust resources to objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 16 collaborators including three direct reports (Sales, Commercial Support, Stock/Flow), fostering a coherent leadership style and talent pipeline.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience and high standards of service, acting as ambassador of Hermès values in all customer interactions.
- Manage product assortment, in‑store merchandising and replenishment in partnership with merchandising teams to optimise stock and commercial relevance.
- Implement local activation and partnership programmes to strengthen the boutique's local anchorage and visibility in Strasbourg.
- Oversee operational excellence and transformation projects (Hermès Smart Ops), including digitalisation initiatives and logistical improvements.
- Maintain store quality and estate coordination with real‑estate and operations teams (maintenance, minor works, refurbishments) while respecting Group compliance rules, especially for iconic items.
- Analyse mystery shopping and other quality metrics; design and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop and activate the client database to stimulate traffic and lifetime value, in collaboration with CRM and after‑sales teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with significant time in store leadership and/or network management.
- Proven record of P&L responsibility and achievement of commercial targets in luxury retail.
- Strong people management experience with capability to recruit, train and develop managers and frontline teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to define and deploy retail strategies.
- Fluent (bilingual) English is indispensable; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail management, including leading a store or retail network and managing sizeable teams with P&L responsibility.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent experience.
