Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the store strategy to preserve and enrich the unique identity of the Sèvres boutique and translate the broader retail strategy into local initiatives.
  • Lead commercial performance: drive sales, manage the store P&L, set and monitor quantitative and qualitative KPIs and secure the adequacy of resources to objectives.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and local brand presence through service excellence, CRM activation, traffic stimulation and relevant local partnerships and events.
  • Manage omnichannel execution and partnerships with central teams to deploy Bespoke, CIS, WTS, product locator and other client‑facing tools.
  • Oversee merchandising, stock and presentation in collaboration with merchandising teams to guarantee the relevance and renewal of the product offer.
  • Drive operational excellence and digitalisation initiatives (Smart Ops), lead transformation projects and optimise logistical and estate matters in coordination with Operations and Real Estate teams.
  • Provide senior leadership for a large workforce (150–180 employees), directly managing a team of functional and pole managers; develop talent, coach managers, lead recruitment and succession planning.
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion (VIP clients, reputational issues and customer complaints) and ensure full compliance with group policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with substantial senior retail leadership experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in store management or network leadership, including responsibility for large teams and P&L.
  • Proven capability to deploy retail strategy, manage KPIs and deliver sustained commercial growth in a high‑traffic, luxury environment.
  • Fluent English (bilingual) is indispensable; additional languages are an asset.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for change management, coaching, performance management and organisation redesign.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated success directing a large store or multi‑store network, full P&L accountability and management of large, multifunctional teams (150+). Proven track record in driving commercial performance, operational excellence and transformational projects within luxury retail.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent higher education in business, retail management or related discipline.
