Role & Responsibilities
- Execute product and packaging replenishment before store opening and during trading hours
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and report anomalies to management
- Process returns of display items and manage restocking procedures
- Perform diverse logistics operations including receiving, shelving, product preparation, labeling, and sector-specific activities across all departments
- Support sales teams and broader store operations as a valued logistics partner
- Maintain storage areas to optimal standards and propose organizational improvements
- Drive 5S methodology initiatives on assigned zones
- Monitor ongoing projects and contribute actively to workspace optimization
Qualifications
- Passion for retail environments
- Physical capability for lifting, manual handling, and frequent movement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening ability
- Customer-service orientation with proactive responsiveness
