Hermès is seeking a Stockroom Associate for its Lyon store to manage replenishment, stock operations and storage-area organization while supporting sales teams. This full-time fixed-term contract runs from November 2026 through December 31, 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish the store before opening or during customer-facing hours.
- Carry out logistics operations, including receiving, organizing, product picking, inventory movements in the system, and labeling.
- Monitor stock discrepancies.
- Return items presented to customers but not sold to stock.
- Support logistics operations across all store departments.
- Serve as a logistics partner to the sales teams.
- Maintain storage areas and suggest improvements.
- Propose ways to organize work more effectively.
- Track projects in the assigned area and actively contribute to the 5S model and continuous improvement of work organization.
Qualifications
- Be prepared to lift and handle loads and to move around frequently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening ability, service orientation, and responsiveness.
- Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues.
- Service- and customer-oriented.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including Cegid and Excel.
- Wear work attire consisting of black trousers, a black polo shirt or sweater, and discreet, comfortable shoes.
- Demonstrate ethics, teamwork, curiosity, service and hospitality orientation, a focus on quality, and simplicity.
