Role & Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain all stock areas to ensure tidiness, efficient flows and rapid access for the sales team.
  • Execute replenishment across boutique areas, maintaining presentation standards and stock availability.
  • Label, sort and categorise items accurately to facilitate retrieval and inventory control.
  • Ensure the stock management system reflects real-time, accurate inventory levels.
  • Prepare, package and organise product deliveries for all in-house métiers.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail stock or inventory operations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and general IT tools.
  • Availability for a fixed‑term contract (estimated three to four months) with full‑time hours.
  • Professional demeanour, strong teamwork skills, and an affinity for high standards of presentation and aesthetics.
