Hermès: Stock Support (Temporary) — Rome. Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment and stockroom operations for the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain all stock areas to ensure tidiness, efficient flows and rapid access for the sales team.
- Execute replenishment across boutique areas, maintaining presentation standards and stock availability.
- Label, sort and categorise items accurately to facilitate retrieval and inventory control.
- Ensure the stock management system reflects real-time, accurate inventory levels.
- Prepare, package and organise product deliveries for all in-house métiers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail stock or inventory operations.
- Proficiency with Excel and general IT tools.
- Availability for a fixed‑term contract (estimated three to four months) with full‑time hours.
- Professional demeanour, strong teamwork skills, and an affinity for high standards of presentation and aesthetics.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in retail stockroom operations, inventory control or a closely related role within a fast‑paced boutique or retail environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
