Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all stock areas to ensure tidiness, efficient flows and rapid access for the Sales Team.
- Perform replenishment across store areas, ensuring displays and backstock are replenished accurately and promptly.
- Label, sort and categorise items by métier to facilitate rapid retrieval and correct merchandising.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure system stock visibility is accurate.
- Prepare and package product shipments and in-store deliveries for all métiers according to brand standards.
- Support store operations with ad hoc tasks to optimise stock rotation and minimise shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail stock, warehouse or back-of-house operations.
- Fluency in Italian and professional working knowledge of English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
- Availability for a fixed-term, full-time assignment (estimated 3–4 months).
- Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Team-player mentality with the ability to work autonomously in a high‑pace environment.
- Flexibility, dynamism and a pronounced aesthetic sensibility aligned with Hermès' values.

Experience
Minimum one year of experience in retail stockroom, inventory control or logistics within a store or warehouse environment.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, retail operations or a related field is a plus.
