Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain stockrooms with clean, neat, and organized displays meeting visual and operational standards
  • Receive, process, and store incoming merchandise daily in designated stockrooms following established protocols
  • Retrieve merchandise, additional sizes, colors, and options quickly to support client and sales team requests
  • Deliver and move product between floors as needed for clients, associates, and back-stocking
  • Reticket merchandise returns daily in coordination with the Inventory Control team and quickly return items to floor or stock
  • Participate in store inventory cycles, cycle counts, and manual counts
  • Replenish merchandise on each sales floor efficiently and precisely
  • Work across multiple floors and product category areas to support client and sales team requests
  • Assist selling team with stock and size questions as needed
  • Organize stock to optimize inventory workflow, space utilization, and sales objectives
  • Support the shipping and receiving team by placing incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms
  • Maintain engagement with customers through a friendly and warm attitude
  • Complete operational tasks related to inventory transfers and other assignments as directed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support business needs
  • Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach
  • Ability to work flexible schedules according to business needs
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.67 to USD 27.01 per hour.
