Hermès Miami seeks Stock Specialist to manage inventory and support client experience. Hourly $24–$27. Full-time, luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise efficiently, securing additional sizes, colors, and options for clients and sales associates
- Deliver and transport products between sales floors and stockrooms as needed for inventory management and client requests
- Engage customers with warmth and exceptional service whilst supporting stock operations
- Store and replenish merchandise on each sales floor in a systematic and precise manner to optimize workflow and sales objectives
- Collaborate with inventory control teams to reticket merchandise returns daily and expedite restocking to sales floors
- Participate in store inventory counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories to maintain stock accuracy
- Support across multiple sales floors and product categories to fulfill client and sales team needs
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors that meet both aesthetic and operational standards
- Provide product and size consultation to the sales team
- Optimize inventory organization to enhance stock workflow, space utilization, and commercial performance
- Complete operational tasks related to inventory transfers, adjustments, and administrative duties
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in support of evolving business needs
- Receive and process incoming stock daily, placing deliveries in designated stockrooms according to established protocols
- Fulfill additional operational duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or stockroom operations experience
- Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills with a gracious and warm demeanor
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in scheduling
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet business requirements
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Passion for luxury retail and client service excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, stockroom management, or related merchandising roles within a luxury or fast-paced retail environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or inventory management certification is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27 per hour.
