Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain stockrooms, ensuring efficient space utilization and workflow.
- Retrieve merchandise for the sales team and clients, ensuring prompt service.
- Support the boutique in achieving targets by enhancing the client experience.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist with the movement of products between floors and sales areas.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize stock processes.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper stock placement.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a retail or luxury environment.
