Hermès seeks a detail-oriented Stock Specialist at its Ala Moana boutique in Honolulu. $24–$26/hour, full-time, permanent.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Quickly locate and retrieve merchandise, alternative sizes, colors, and options to facilitate client service
  • Deliver and transfer product between sales floors as required for clients, associates, and back-stocking operations
  • Engage clients with a warm and professional demeanor, delivering exceptional service in all interactions
  • Ensure efficient and precise merchandise storage and replenishment on all sales floors
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control team to reticket merchandise returns daily and expedite their return to floor or stock
  • Participate actively in store inventory counts, cycle counts, and manual audits
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually compliant stockrooms and sales floors according to established standards
  • Provide support to the sales team regarding stock availability and size inquiries
  • Organize stockroom systems to optimize workflow efficiency, space utilization, and sales objectives
  • Complete operational tasks related to inventory transfers and other assignments as directed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs
  • Support the receiving function by placing incoming inventory in appropriate stockrooms following established protocols
  • Execute additional operational duties as assigned by supervisory staff

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or stockroom experience
  • Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency and organizational discipline
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment prioritizing collaboration and trust
  • Strong communication skills and a gracious, warm interpersonal approach
  • Willingness to work flexible scheduling to accommodate business requirements

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 26 per hour.
