Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain stockrooms, ensuring they are clean and orderly.
- Receive and process new deliveries daily, ensuring accurate placement in stockrooms.
- Retrieve items for the sales team during peak seasons to support client needs.
- Engage with customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure merchandise is efficiently replenished on sales floors.
- Collaborate with the IC team to reticket and return merchandise to the floor.
- Participate in store inventory and cycle counts.
- Support the sales team with stock and size inquiries.
- Optimize stock organization to enhance workflow and sales objectives.
- Assist with operational tasks related to inventory and transfers.
- Support the shipping and receiving team with daily receipts.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or stock management role.

Compensation
