Hermès — Stock Specialist (full-time) in Berlin. Manage inventory, inbound goods and stockroom operations to support boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, label and store incoming merchandise in accordance with brand standards to ensure full traceability
  • Manage replenishment and on-floor stock refills to maintain optimal product availability for Sales Advisors
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure secure, compliant handling of goods
  • Administer inventory controls, monitor expiries/reservations and investigate negative stock variances
  • Maintain an organised, safe and efficient stockroom compliant with luxury retail standards
  • Oversee ordering and availability of packaging and boutique supplies, including boxes and samples
  • Support boutique refits and preparation for commercial or promotional events
  • Execute price changes (seasonal or ad hoc) in coordination with Store Management and monitor quality for damaged goods

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in warehouse/stock or logistics roles within luxury or premium retail
  • Proven proficiency with CEGID or comparable Warenwirtschaftsprogramme used in the luxury segment
  • Strong organisational discipline with the ability to follow brand procedures and management directives
  • Resilient, flexible and able to perform in a dynamic boutique environment
  • Team-oriented, cooperative and discreet approach to client- and product-sensitive work
  • Fluent German and good command of English

Experience
