Role & Responsibilities

  • Replenish store products and packaging before opening and throughout the day to ensure availability of Hermès creations for sales teams and clients
  • Monitor stock reliability by reporting anomalies and conducting rigorous tracking of discrepancies
  • Liaison between back office and front office by providing sales staff with requested articles from inventory
  • Restock unsold items presented to clients in accordance with Maison procedures and standards
  • Demonstrate versatility across all logistics operations including merchandise receipt, storage, product preparation, labelling, and support of sector functions
  • Provide reactive and efficient operational support to sales teams and all Geneva store staff on a daily basis
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and 5S standards
  • Communicate with warmth and professionalism while maintaining excellent interpersonal relations
