Hermès Taiwan is recruiting a Stock Executive in Taipei to manage inventory operations, stock accuracy, and team coordination in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day stock operations and controls to ensure perfect inventory accuracy across physical and system-based flows
  • Process all incoming and outbound product movements, including receiving, transfers, shipments, and returns
  • Maintain daily replenishment of all storage areas on the sales floor for products and packaging
  • Monitor and close expired reservations daily, reintegrating them into available stock
  • Assist the Store Manager in identifying and correcting negative stocks on a daily basis
  • Manage defective and shop-soiled product handling and documentation
  • Prepare stock takes and cycle counts and contribute to scanning and discrepancy investigation
  • Produce final stock reconciliation reports for the Finance department
  • Develop and implement optimized storage organization practices in back and front office areas
  • Coordinate with sales and visual merchandising teams to propose storage improvements and equipment adjustments
  • Ensure adherence to all storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices (5S controls, KPIs)
  • Train team members on stock-related processes, tools, and procedures
  • Liaise with corporate stakeholders including Group Customer Service, Logistics, Internal Control, and Retail Merchandising
  • Contribute to team meetings and morning briefs, reporting operational issues and proposing corrective actions
  • Monitor performance indicators including product flow timeliness, stock accuracy, negative stock levels, and stockroom organization quality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in stock operations, inventory management, or retail operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in inventory control systems and stock management processes
  • Strong knowledge of stock procedures, best practices, and 5S methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stock-related tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience conducting stock takes, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and systems

Experience
