Role & Responsibilities
- Execute stock replenishment and merchandise presentation before store opening and during operational hours
- Perform comprehensive logistics operations including receiving, storage, product picking, inventory system updates, and labeling
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies across all product categories
- Process returns of displayed merchandise not sold to customers back into inventory systems
- Demonstrate versatility across all logistics functions spanning all retail sectors and product categories
- Serve as logistics partner to sales and client-facing teams, ensuring seamless merchandise availability
- Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of storage areas in accordance with 5S continuous improvement methodology
- Propose process optimization and workflow enhancements for assigned zones
- Execute and monitor ongoing improvement projects within inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Comfortable with regular lifting, manual handling, and extensive movement throughout the boutique and storage facilities
- Proficiency with retail management systems (Cegid), Microsoft Excel, and standard office applications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong listening capability and service orientation
- Demonstrated collaborative spirit and willingness to support team objectives
- Client-service mindset with attention to detail and responsiveness
- Professional appearance and comfort with the required dress code (black trousers, black polo or sweater, conservative comfortable footwear)
