Confidential luxury brand — Kaohsiung: Stock Executive to manage boutique inventory, stockroom operations and stock accuracy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous, accurate inventory records across physical stock and the store system through receiving, tagging, logging and timely data entry.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations and cycle counts; identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the sales and stock teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise logistics including unpacking, quality checks, labeling, routing to sales floor or storage, and preparing transfers.
- Ensure stockroom organisation, cleanliness and compliance with Group and local procedures, including security and loss-prevention measures.
- Partner with sales staff and store management to ensure optimal replenishment of the sales floor and availability of key SKUs for clients.
- Prepare documentation and reports for audits, stocktakes and inventory movements; escalate anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Proven retail stock or inventory experience (preferably 1+ years), ideally within premium or luxury retail.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy when performing counts and reconciliations.
- Ability to follow and enforce Group/local inventory procedures and loss-prevention policies.
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and perform routine stockroom duties.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of hands-on experience in retail inventory control, stockroom operations or a closely related role; experience in luxury or high-end retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, logistics or supply-chain management is advantageous but not required.
