Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily loan requests and product movements, serving as principal liaison with the Brand Identity team to anticipate and organize inventory needs
  • Prepare, package, and ship requested products within established timeframes, maintaining detailed tracking through dedicated systems, ERP M3, and Excel dashboards
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to confirm product locations and enforce return deadlines
  • Oversee product returns, including verification of condition, restocking, re-labeling, and management of non-conforming items
  • Implement and enforce stock security procedures, controlling physical access and monitoring both physical and system movements
  • Conduct annual comprehensive physical inventory, integrate results into IT systems, verify procedure compliance, analyze variances, and document findings for management and external auditors
  • Manage bi-annual collection transition flows, including destock coordination, integration of new collections into physical and system inventory, and labeling of new products
  • Pilot relationships with external logistics providers, coordinate loan operations from remote warehouses, perform system reconciliations, and attend performance review meetings
  • Support Collections and Technical Direction teams with their own inventory organization and transfers
  • Sensitize stakeholders regarding product handling and return procedures, establishing regular routines and best practices

Qualifications

  • Formal background in logistics or inventory management
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in logistics operations
  • Proficiency with office and logistics software tools
  • Demonstrated expertise with inventory management ERP systems, ideally INFOR M3 or equivalent
  • Rigorous, methodical approach with strong organizational autonomy
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent prioritization capabilities
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptability in complex, demanding, and dynamic environments
  • Physical capability for product handling and material movement
  • Willingness to travel to external logistics partner facilities

Experience
