Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock movements including receiving, transfers, shipments, returns and destocking to ensure uninterrupted store availability.
- Maintain 100% alignment between system records and physical inventory through regular cycle counts, stock takes and discrepancy investigations.
- Process and reintegrate returned or defective merchandise, and monitor/reconcile negative or missing stock issues.
- Organize and secure stockrooms to comply with health, safety and company standards; adapt storage layouts to seasonal demand and business changes.
- Act as primary contact for all store-level stock issues and coordinate closely with sales, merchandising, logistics and head office on replenishment and transfers.
- Support the sales team by preparing requested items, ensuring timely product replenishment and assisting stock preparation for events and launches.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and produce daily, weekly or monthly stock reports for management review.
- Serve as key user and trainer for stock-related systems and processes; onboard new team members on procedures and tools.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years' experience in stock, inventory or warehouse management, preferably within retail or the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in inventory control and cycle counting.
- Good command of English for written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and stock management systems such as Cegid or SAP.
- Reliable, proactive and adaptable with strong organisational skills and a customer service orientation.
Skills
Experience
2–5 years of hands-on experience in stock, inventory or warehouse management within retail, ideally in the luxury goods sector; experience with Cegid or SAP preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or diploma in logistics, supply chain or retail operations preferred.

This position is based in Bangkok, Central, Thailand.
