SAINT HONORE (Bangkok) seeks Stock Controller in Bangkok, Thailand — manage store inventory, ensure stock accuracy, and operate SAP/Cegid systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock operations including goods receiving, transfers, shipments, returns, and destocking to ensure uninterrupted store availability.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy between the physical inventory and system records through cycle counts, stock takes and discrepancy investigations.
- Process returned or defective items, reconcile negative/missing stock and implement corrective actions to minimise losses.
- Organise and secure the stockroom to comply with health, safety and company standards; optimise storage layouts for seasonal demand and business changes.
- Act as the primary contact for all store-level stock matters and collaborate with sales, merchandising, logistics and head office on replenishment and transfers.
- Support the sales team by preparing and delivering requested items promptly and by participating in store events and product launches through stock preparation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and produce daily, weekly and monthly stock reports for management review.
- Operate as key user and trainer for stock-related systems and processes; train new team members on procedures, system updates and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in stock, inventory or warehouse operations; 2–5 years preferred, ideally within retail or the luxury sector.
- Proven proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications; hands-on experience with Cegid and/or SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a demonstrable ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written command of English to liaise with internal teams and prepare reports.
- Reliable, proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently and under pressure while supporting a high-service retail environment.

Minimum 1 year of experience in stock, inventory or warehouse management; 2–5 years preferred, with prior exposure to retail or luxury retail environments highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or diploma in logistics, supply chain, retail operations or a related field preferred.
