Role & Responsibilities
- Process all incoming and outgoing inventory flows while ensuring synchronization between physical stock and system records (receipts, transfers, shipments, returns, etc.)
- Manage daily replenishment of merchandise and packaging across all store floor and storage areas
- Monitor and resolve expired reservations daily, reintegrating items into available inventory
- Identify and correct negative stock variances on a daily basis
- Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Implement and maintain optimized storage organization and systems
- Support sales and service operations, including receiving repaired items and customer orders
- Process remote sales transactions and provide inventory support to the sales team
- Adhere to Hermès Group policies and codes of conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations or inventory management
- Proficiency with Excel and retail management IT systems
- Strong organizational and attention to detail capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or stock management, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory operations and retail IT systems.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; retail or logistics certification preferred.
