Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory with proper labeling and pricing of all items
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock transfers, shipments, and stock validation within business timelines
- Receive merchandise, validate entries in system, label products, and ensure correct placement
- Keep stock areas safe, clean, tidy, and securely stored with easy accessibility for staff
- Support sales team with stock searches (including WWS), repairs, transfers, and daily front-of-house assistance
- Monitor CEGID system alerts including manual movements, negative stocks, and discrepancies
- Conduct and participate in cycle counts, mini stock counts, and full stocktake preparation
- Process customer returns and relabel merchandise as required
- Ensure accurate recording and control of all stock movements within the system
- Report irregularities, damaged stock, and variances to management
- Provide sales and service support duty coverage during staff leave to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience
- Full working rights within Australia
- Proficiency with retail systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Client-focused service mentality
