Hermès is seeking a Stock Assistant for its Buenos Aires store to support inventory flows, replenishment, stock counts, discrepancy investigations and day-to-day store operations. This is a temporary, 11-month, full-time position, with working hours Monday to Friday from 10:45 to 19:15 and Saturday from 10:45 to 14:15.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support product inbound and outbound processes, ensuring the proper alignment of physical and system-based flows, including receipts, transfers, shipments and returns.
- Support daily replenishment of all storage areas on the sales floor, including products and packaging.
- Monitor and support the daily correction of negative inventory.
- Help prepare inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with investigating discrepancies.
- Help prepare final reports for cycle counts.
- Propose corrective measures to improve future inventory count results, including methods, tools and training.
- Help implement back-office and front-office storage practices.
- Contribute actively to team and morning meetings by reporting operational issues and inventory-related indicators.
- Support the sales team with store operational activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- The role involves physical work, including moving boxes and shelves.
