Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute store replenishment before opening and during trading hours to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Perform logistic operations including goods reception, storage, picking, stock movements (system entries), and product labelling.
  • Monitor and investigate stock discrepancies and support cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
  • Process and restock client presentation items and returned merchandise promptly and securely.
  • Act as a logistics partner to sales teams and store managers, ensuring the security and proper care of merchandise.
  • Maintain and optimise storage areas: propose and implement improved shelving, organisation methods and 5S practices to maximise stock visibility and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate polyvalence across all logistical tasks and support cross‑sector operations within the boutique.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail stock, warehouse or logistics operations (luxury retail experience advantageous).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, manual handling and frequent movement around the store.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, service orientation and responsiveness when liaising with sales teams and clients.
  • Team spirit and a proactive, improvement‑oriented attitude toward organisation and workplace layout.
  • Proficiency with retail IT systems, specifically Cegid, and solid Excel skills.
  • Adherence to professional presentation standards as required for a luxury boutique environment.

Experience
