Hermès — Saint-Tropez: Stock & Inventory Coordinator (fixed-term contract) managing goods flow, inventory and stockroom operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process inbound merchandise: qualitative and quantitative checks, labelling, storage and electronic entry validation.
  • Organise and optimise stock storage to maximise visibility and ease-of-access for the sales team.
  • Maintain the security, condition and housekeeping of the stockroom and merchandise.
  • Support sales staff by ensuring timely availability of products and rapid replenishment.
  • Participate in monthly and annual inventory procedures under the Finance department’s direction.
  • Update pricing and product information in the store systems as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in logistics, with exposure to carrier operations or warehouse stock management.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented with a pronounced service mindset toward internal and external customers.
  • Good written English.
  • Respect for safety procedures and stock handling protocols.

Experience

At least two years’ practical experience in warehouse operations, logistics or goods reception, ideally within a carrier, central warehouse or retail store environment, including participation in stocktakes and electronic goods‑entry processes.

Education

High school diploma or vocational qualification in logistics, supply‑chain or retail operations is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
