Hermès Sellier — Stock & Goods Flow Coordinator (part‑time, limited contract) in Saint‑Barthélemy. Manage receiving, inventory and stock operations for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming merchandise flow: receive deliveries, perform qualitative and quantitative checks, label, store and record goods in the IT system
  • Define and implement efficient storage and labelling methods to maximise stock visibility for the store team
  • Ensure the security, preservation and appropriate handling of merchandise
  • Facilitate sales operations by processing receipts promptly so sellers have fast access to products
  • Participate in monthly and annual inventories in coordination with the Finance department
  • Update pricing/tariffs and maintain accurate stock records

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in logistics, transport operations or warehouse environments (retail logistics experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with rigor, autonomy, responsiveness and punctuality
  • Team-oriented with a service mindset and good internal/external customer service skills
  • Good verbal communication skills and strict adherence to safety procedures
  • Comfortable using standard office software (Word, Excel) and a good level of written English
