Hermès Biarritz seeks a Stock and Fulfillment Associate on a fixed-term contract (Nov–Dec). Inventory management, order preparation, and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise shipments with rigorous quality control, ensuring accuracy of quantities, product condition, and documentation compliance
- Maintain precise inventory records within the management system, perform data updates and corrections, and proactively identify and report discrepancies
- Organize and optimize stock rotation, storage, and reserve space layout to ensure efficient product availability and circulation
- Prepare customer orders with meticulous care, including accurate picking, secure packaging, sample inclusion, and compliant labeling
- Manage returns from both clients and suppliers with transparency and precision, ensuring full traceability and operational compliance
- Organize and coordinate outbound shipments, prepare all required transport and delivery documentation, and facilitate carrier pickups
- Participate actively in cyclical and annual inventory counts, execute methodical audits, and contribute to gap analysis and corrective action planning
- Collaborate across departments, particularly with customer service teams, to resolve inventory anomalies and optimize operational workflows
- Provide professional support to persons with disabilities working through partner programs
Qualifications
- Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (Cegid experience is valued)
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Excellent organizational and priority-management skills with demonstrated autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

Experience
Prior hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations is required. Entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong learning ability are considered.
Education
