Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy social activation plans aligned with the Maison’s global communication strategy.
- Safeguard and shape Hermès’ brand image across social platforms, ensuring tonal coherence and multi‑local relevance.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three social media specialists; coordinate cross‑functional and subsidiary stakeholders.
- Manage and consolidate the activation budget for the social teams.
- Oversee community moderation; identify and escalate sensitive issues to relevant interlocutors.
- Produce activation and performance reporting, extract insights and make strategic recommendations to optimise impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in social media, digital activation or communications.
- Proven experience managing and developing small teams and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
- Fluent English required and comfortable working in an international environment; demonstrable knowledge of Asian markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in contemporary social platforms, emerging formats and trend scouting.
- Strong analytical capability for performance reporting and budget stewardship; rigorous attention to quality of execution.

Experience
At least 6 years of relevant experience in social media or communications, including prior people‑management responsibilities and work in international and Asian market contexts.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, or equivalent professional experience.
