Hermès is seeking a Silk Product Assistant intern for its women's and men's silk collections in Pantin, starting in March 2027 for a six-month convention internship on a full-time basis. The role supports collection development, product analysis, packshot shoots, prototype tracking and sales-support materials.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of women's and men's silk collections, including printed scarves, ties, scarves and textile accessories, and contribute to departmental projects.
- Track and update collection and colour tools, including collection plans, boards and meeting minutes.
- Help organise collection development and colour meetings.
- Update tracking documents, including databases, price pyramids and assortment mappings.
- Contribute to competitor monitoring, performance and trend analyses.
- Help update technical sheets.
- Support the management of packshot shoots by coordinating with the studio, sending products and coding photographs.
- Track production and receive prototypes.
- Help create sales-support materials, including product guides and sales training materials.
- Help set up the stand by preparing products and managing stock.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree at a business or fashion school, or an equivalent course of study.
- Strong product sensibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Recognised for rigour, organisational skills and dynamism; able to manage several topics simultaneously and work across a range of tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment.
