Hermès is seeking a Silk and Textile Quality Assistant Intern for a six-month full-time internship in Pantin, starting in the first half of 2027. Reporting to the Silk & Textiles Quality Manager within the Collection team, the intern will help ensure the quality and compliance of textile materials, products and metal components throughout development and manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help receive and inspect pre-series components and finished products.
- Update technical data sheets.
- Contribute to drafting detailed product reviews.
- Help prepare quality specifications and defect libraries.
- Draft, update and improve quality standards and procedures.
- Help organize and monitor laboratory tests, including colorfastness and technical performance tests, as well as wear tests, including distribution, observation and end-of-season assessments.
- Monitor quality indicators and update tracking documents.
- Help prepare collection-sharing meetings with the after-sales service and warehouse quality teams.
- Attend meetings with the regulatory team to help ensure products comply with international standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 qualification at an engineering school, textile school, university or specialist school, with a specialization in quality or textiles.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of textiles.
- High level of rigor, organization, dynamism and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation and team spirit.
- Versatility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in English.

Education
Bac +4/+5 level at an engineering school, textile school, university or specialist school, with a specialization in quality or textiles.
